Shipping policy

RETURNS

Unfortunately, given the nature of teas, we are unable to offer a refund if you do not like the taste of your product (as the product is not in its original saleable condition). For this reason, we offer samples for purchase before bulk orders.

In the event your teas are damaged during the shipping process, we will offer a refund. You are required to return the damaged item.

Please note that we do not cover return postage costs, however, if you paid for postage in your original order, it will be refunded along with the purchase price of the item you return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
